Educational environment (digital)

The best way to let people work and learn with an application is in a digital educational environment. In short explanation, you produce a database with a fake content. Knowing the contents of that database, educational questions can be asked to the database and the outcome (answer) is obvious.
You do not have to change the software for this purpose. A reference to the Educational database will do.

Help

Help can be written and build by me in a any environment, format and content you want. For the producing of Help I use Flare from MadCap.
In InDesign I produce Help and Manuals in eBook for use on the iPad or iPhone.

Use of keyboard

The mouse is completely accepted, however for professionals it is not the most wanted user tool. The advanced user will use the keyboard more often, because that works much faster.
Specially for Helpdesks where daily a lot of customers have to be helped, the keyboard is much more usefull than the mouse. A mouse is handy when used functional. And don't forget the danger of RSI by intensif incorrect use of this tool.

VoiceMail-systems

I have also been responsible for the development and design of the VoiceMail system of KPN.
Besides the structure I also have written the prompts en designed the Help environment.

Web sites

I can also create and manage your website. It will be a very accessible site and with optimal findability, including Google-account etc.
